So what is a signature service and how does that differ from the antiquated version of spray-n-pray pest control. Spay-n-pray is when pest control companies just spray around the home and pray for no pest issues until your next scheduled service. They wait for problems to arise.

Three Layers Are Better Than One

SWSignature Service is a three-layered application around your home rather than a one-layer application around the Foundation. The first layer is indeed around the foundation of your home. But then we go further. The second layer of protection is around the intermediary areas of the home, including the irrigation control boxes, paving stones, and patios. The third layer is along the perimeter, typically a cinderblock fence or stacked rock wall depending on your landscaping design.

These three layers of pest protection provide no safe harborage spot around your property.

Specialized Insect Nest Killing Insecticide

Most pest control services use a contact kill product; cockroach touches the treated area, cockroach dies. Southwest uses a nest-destroying insecticide. The former is great for killing a few at a time. We also utilize non-detected insecticides which allow the roaches an opportunity to pick up the product but live long enough to go back to his nesting site to spread the product throughout and control dozens of roaches rather than one or two.
